After signing up you can see this welcome page. Click on start measuring.
Now they will ask you to go ahead with your account details, add your account name, then another set will remain the same, and click on the next.
Now add your property name. Here you can add your website name or your name and then choose your time zone and currency. Click on next.
Write about your website or business information, such as your industry category, size of business, and your intention to use Google Analytics, then click on Create Account.
When you click on create an account, they will show you popups that will accept the terms and conditions. Now select your country and click accept.
After accepting the terms and conditions, it will redirect you to the next popup i.e. email communication. You don’t have to do anything from here just click save.
Now your account has been successful, you can see the main analytics window, click on your platform website option from here.
Then add your website URL in the next window and the name of your stream, you can add anything to the stream then click on the Create stream.

We will use the global site tag code from here and then add it to the head section of our website.

With this customization, you can create a report for your client about how the website is performing, click Custom Report, and then click New Custom Report from here.
After clicking on the new custom report, give your title here and then click on the added metric Now from here you can add details of the acquisition, advertising, behavior, social, and users.
You can add another metric from here and add new filters to create a proper report for your customers.
In real-time, you can see your active live users on which page they are now reading, traffic sources, location, how much time they are spending and interacting.
Audience Overview :
You can see your active and new users by using Audience Overview. From here you can see the number of page views, average reading time, bounce rate, new and returning visitors. And you can also see which date and what month data you want to see.
In acquisition, you can monitor all your traffic sources if it is direct, organic, or social.
With this primary dimension you can check all your traffic channels and if you have set a goal, then check your goals to see how the performance is.

If you click on-site content you can see that all pages click on it. Now from here check all your pages to see how much time users are spending there, page views, bounce rate, and more.
If your page views very little and the bounce rate is increasing, then you should work on that page to improve their content on the page from which they exit that page.
Check your page speed From here they will give you a suggestion as to why your page speed is slow. Explore another functionality from behavior.
Goals: In conversions, you can set the goals that you want to achieve then you can monitor by week whether you are achieving that goal or not.
